Residential Maintenance Agreements Like your car, your HVAC equipment also needs regular scheduled tune-ups in order to maintain proper operation such as change belts, check charges, lubricate bearings, and etc. Having regular maintained HVAC equipment will allow your unit to run its best. It allows you to maintain optimum efficiency of your equipment and allows you to save monthly on utility costs. It also helps to keep clean coils and filters, which in return give you a healthy indoor environment. After all, having your air-conditioning through a hot spell or your heating through a cold spell can be as important as having your car to take you to and from work. Our 50+ point inspection includes but is not limited to: checking and recording refrigerant pressures, checking and recording voltage and amperage, cleaning condensate drains, cleaning indoor and outdoor coils, inspecting, cleaning, and changing filters (some restrictions apply), inspecting and tightening electrical connections, inspecting electrical components for wear, and checking general operation of unit and safety devices. With a service agreement, you are automatically scheduled in the spring/ summer and fall/ winter for your preventive maintenance, you become one of our highest priority customers, you receive a 10-15% discount on our flat rate pricing for repairs, and will receive 5% off any replacement or new systems up to $5,000. Our service agreements range in price depending on the number of units you will need maintenance for. The prices are as follows: One system agreement $150 per year We can also help you to maintain your accessories, such as humidifiers and air cleaners. Commercial Maintenance Agreements One of the ways we can best serve your company is with a service agreement that gives you scheduled maintenance, timely response, highly skilled technicians, emergency service, longer equipment life, lower utility bills, and peace of mind. It allows your company to maintain optimum efficiency of your equipment and allows your company to save monthly on utility costs. It also helps to keep clean coils and filters, which in return gives you and your workers a healthier indoor environment. For commercial maintenance agreements, we recommend that you have two preventive maintenance inspections and two intermediate filter changes. The two preventive maintenance inspections will be scheduled one in the fall/ winter and one in the spring/ summer. The two intermediate filter changes will allow for two additional inspections to change filters between your maintenance inspections. This would add up to a total of four inspections per year.
