Here is an overview of our training and employee development:

Training for both technical proficiency and matters of employee safety are taught on-site and are outsourced as needed.  Our training is of the highest quality and taught by experienced professionals from within our industry, and is tailored to the specific individual.  In addition to our continuing education, we offer new and existing employees a “career path” through ongoing and expanding technical development programs.  Our employees are often given the opportunity to gain certification in technical expertise, including N.A.T.E. (North American Technician Excellence) and certifications offered by E.P.A. (Environmental Protection Agency) to handle and transition all types of refrigerants.


Airmakers constantly seeks quality classes and programs to interest our employees on all skill levels, beginners to advanced.  Because Airmakers is dedicated to educating their employees to improve the overall service we offer our customers, we provide most training at no cost to our employees.
