Commercial Maintenance Agreements
One of the ways we can best serve your company is with a service agreement that gives you scheduled maintenance, timely response,
highly skilled technicians, emergency service, longer equipment life, lower utility bills, and peace of mind. Having regularly maintained
HVAC equipment will allow your unit or units to perform at their best. It allows your company to maintain optimum efficiency of your
equipment and allows your company to save monthly on utility costs. It also helps to keep clean coils and filters, which in return
gives you and your workers a healthier indoor environment.
For commercial maintenance agreements, we recommend that you have two preventive maintenance inspections and two intermediate filter
changes. The two preventive maintenance inspections will be scheduled one in the fall/ winter and one in the spring/ summer. The
two intermediate filter changes will allow for two additional inspections to change filters between your maintenance inspections.
This would add up to a total of four inspections per year. The prices depend upon the number of units that need to be serviced and
the number of inspections you decide is best for your company.
Our Inspections will include but are not limited to:
- Inspecting, cleaning or replacing filters
- Checking refrigerant pressures
- Tightening electrical connections
- Checking for proper voltage and amp draw
- Oiling and greasing motors, if required
- Checking belts for proper condition & tensions as needed
- Checking and cleaning condensate drainage system within unit
- Insuring that electrical controls are working properly
- Cleaning either indoor or outdoor coils
- Check heating operation including ignition sequence, safety controls, and pilot performance if applicable
